Micro-Group "Intro to Pilates" Series (4 sessions)

New to the studio and want to start taking group reformer classes? This 4-session series is your entry point!

We'll get started with reformer basics (and safety!), settings, and movements, learn some Pilates principles. You'll get moving, break a little sweat, and learn about moves and modifications that are right for you.

This series is the perfect preparation for attending regular mini-group classes.
