Try this convenient weekly class and see for yourself! We'll alternate between mat, chair, standing and combination classes so everyone can get their movement on!

We'll relax, breathe and gently stretch and mobilize all the joints in your body so you can feel GREAT when you get back to your desk!

All you need is a lunch break, a mat and a device to follow along on!
